The homeowner wanted to add a new two car garage and called upon us to get the job done for them. The homeowner wanted to brick their new garage to match their home and that is exactly what we did. This garage also has a separate heating and cooling system, so the garage is functional to work in all year long. Upon completion the homeowners were thrilled with their new garage.

Originally these homeowners had an older shed, but they were looking to get rid of it and add a new 2 car garage, so they called upon us to do just that. In addition to the new garage they wanted to pour new concrete sidewalks and a concrete driveway. The homeowner also wanted new blacktop for the driveway up to the concrete. We fixed the concrete steps that were previously starting to show there age, and we did this with stucco. Once the project was completed the homeowners were thrilled with the results and now have the garage they have always wanted.

A man's homeland is wherever he prospers, and our homeowner wanted a garage he could prosper in. Originally, the garage was an old two car detached garage with a 15’ overhead door, and it was next to a retaining wall. However, when the retaining wall began to fall into the garage, the homeowner decided it was time for his dream garage, and that is what he got. He had very specific needs and wants, such as; he wanted a 26’ x 26’ garage, with a second story for additional storage, a poured concrete foundation instead of a traditional block foundation, 12” centers on all 2x4 framing with 5/8 CDX plywood on exterior walls and roof decking and he wanted the garage to be bricked in the same brick as his home. Once this project was completed the homeowner was ecstatic with the results.

"Bigger, Brighter and Better!" That's what the owner has to say about this new garage. The old garage shown in the picture below was just not large enough, was retaining water, and was an eyesore. The new garage custom-built by W.E. Bilbrey enhanced the size, giving the owner more needed storage. The original garage was also lower than the alley grade, and the new garage had to be lifted out of the ground preventing the problems of the old garage. Stairs and landscaping were then added for an overall appealing look that flowed with the style of the owner's home.

The foundation for this newly constructed garage was raised out of the ground compared to the previous garage. The entrance was moved and a new curb cut was made. To give the homeowner more functional space, the size of the garage was increased to 24' X 24'. For convenience, a landing into the garage was created, and steps were taken to allow for better drainage. Amenities such as electricity and a skylight were also added

The homeowner desired a two car garage to match their home. This garage is 24’ x 30’ with a 6’ porch. The porch includes a ceiling fan, for those hot summer days relaxing by the pond. The garage has cedar siding and carriage doors. Once completed the homeowner was thrilled with the results. They received the garage they had dreamed of.

This homeowner was excited to begin the process of building his dream two car garage. He also requested a driveway be put in for easy access to the garage. The old concrete sidewalk and part of the back porch patio were removed to allow for the new driveway to be put in. The footers were dug and the foundation was poured. The next step was to frame in the walls and put the roof on. New white vinyl siding was also added to give it a crisp finish. The homeowner finally got the garage he had always wanted!

Two in one is what our homeowner wanted and two in one is what he got. Our homeowner wanted a two car garage with a separate work shop area. The new garage/work shop is 28’ x 40’ providing plenty of space for our homeowner. The homeowner also opted for a heating and cooling system, which we were happy to accommodate. The homeowner was elated with the finished project.
