2005 Miami Valley Contractor of the Year
GENERAL REMODELING PROJECT PHOTOS

The homeowner had an unfinished attic; however, they wanted to use their attic space for extra storage.  We began the project by cutting a manhole and adding a set of stairs.  New flooring was installed; the flooring was raised to avoid plumbing pipes.  Lighting was also added for convenience.  The homeowner now has the advantage of an additional 16’ X 20’ storage area.

This homeowner went from wrought iron railing to beautifully crafted wood railing.  W.E. Bilbrey removed the old railing and installed the oak wood railing on both levels. The wood was stripped and painted for a beautiful finish. Matching paneling was added to the wall on the bottom level.

The homeowner was looking to add a new privacy fence to the side of her home. She also wished to add a chain link fence and gate to the side and back of her yard. When we were called upon to complete the job we were happy to do so. The homeowner is thrilled with her new fence.

The homeowners had their kitchen remodeled in 2006 and decided this year that they wanted to add a matching hutch with a butcher block countertop to the area. The homeowner wanted a place where she could display her precious heirlooms. The hutch they choose match their kitchen cabinets perfectly and the glass doors on the top shelves gives the homeowners the presentation they were wanting. They are delighted with their new hutch.

This home had some siding damage, and we were called to repair the siding on the side of the house. The homeowner did not want to replace all of the siding; they were only looking to repair the damaged siding. They also wanted the new siding to match their existing siding and we were happy to accommodate them. They were very pleased when the projected was done.

The homeowner contacted us to add to their roof structure and cover their patio for those hot summer days. We extended the roof and added one skylight. The homeowner wanted it to look as though the roof had always been there, and that nothing had been added and we did just that. The trellises are custom made out of cedar, which gives the house a pleasant and authentic look.

The bedrooms in this home where in need of a little TLC and by adding new trim, new windows, all new doors, new carpeting, a little paint, and creating closet space we were able to transform these bedrooms into a place where our Homeowners can feel at home. Once this project was complete our Homeowners were thrilled with the results.

This additional closet space was added in the dining room of this home. The previous design had no closet space, other than what was in the bedrooms and was space our clients desperately needed. By changing the location of the basement entrance we were able to add this additional space for a closet and once completed our Homeowners were ecstatic with the results.
