We were called upon to make the existing hall bathroom accessible, but our homeowners were working within a budget and had very specific needs. To accommodate their needs we added an accessible shower, grab bars and a comfort height toilet to the existing hall bathroom. The homeowner opted for a new Sterling shower base with Marble Arch shower walls, grab bars were added for ease in entering and exiting the shower, as well as, a new shower seat and hand held shower head with a slide bar. We also added a floor grab bar to help with accessing the new American Standard comfort height toilet. Once completed our homeowner’s were thrilled with the results and now have a bathroom that meets their individual needs and wants!

Our Homeowners called upon us because they had a very specific problem. They had their bathroom remodel three months prior and the shower area was accumulating water. Upon of initial inspection we could see that the shower area was installed wrong and that in order to fix their problem we would have to gut the bathroom down to the wall studs & main subfloor. In order to comply with their accessibility needs we installed a Swanstone shower base, with a single threshold, a slide bar shower head, grab bars, a folding shower seat, a high rise toilet, pedestal sink and leveled out the floor for ease while maneuvering around in the room. Once completed our Homeowners said we gave them what they were expecting the first time they had their bathroom remodeled and that was peace of mind!

We were called upon to not only update this bathroom, but to also make it ADA complaint. The homeowners knew they needed this bathroom to fit all of the criteria to make it an ADA complaint bathroom, but wanted to give it a modern look and we were happy to achieve their desired result. The bathtub was flown in from Germany and adds so much to the ambiance of the room. Once the bathtub was installed we installed ceramic tile around the three exposed walls of the tub to give it a custom finish. A step and hand rail was added to allow for easy access in and out of the bathtub. We also installed a piece of glass at the front of the bathtub for a complete look. Another feature of this bathroom was that we removed two walls to allow for more storage space. This allowed us to install a utility cabinet as well as a vanity for the additional storage space this family so desperately needed. We also installed a skylight to allow for more natural light in this space. Once complete the homeowners were thrilled with the results.

The homeowner's porch was not accessible by wheelchair because it was too small to fit a wheelchair comfortably. The porch was reconstructed from block and concrete and made larger for wheelchair access. A new wrought iron railing and awning were installed. A wooden wheelchair ramp was built for easy accessibility. The homeowner is thrilled that the porch is now accessible and she now has a place to enjoy the sunshine in the summer time.

The home owner called upon us to install a door that automatically opened. We were happy to take on this project, as it made the home owners life a little easier. This door also has a power supply, so if the electric were to ever go out the homeowner can still get in and out. Once the project was done the home owner was delighted with the results.

The homeowner was looking to have a non-skid ramp put in for easier access to their home, and we were the right company for the job. We removed the old concrete pad and replaced it with a beautiful wood ramp with non-skid strips. The ramp allows for the homeowner to enter the house with ease. Once complete the homeowner was delighted with the results.

This homeowner had difficulty getting in and out of the bathtub without assistance. For this project, the bathtub was removed, a shower with grab bars, and shower doors were installed for easier accessibility. We repaired the floor and were happy to coordinate our efforts with the homeowner as they painted the room.

This homeowner was looking to have a new concrete ramp put in for easy access in and out of their home. We were called and were pleased to accept the challenge. We removed the existing concrete landing and step. We water proofed the new landing, because the homeowner had a previous leak in their basement from the old landing. We also added hand rails to each side of the new concrete landing. Once it was all said and done we had accomplished everything the homeowner was envisioning.
