This homeowner often had large family gatherings, but did not have a room in the house large enough to accommodate the entire family. Therefore, W.E. Bilbrey was called upon to construct a new family room addition with an adjoining 12' X 12' deck. The interior had new heating, air conditioning, and flooring installed throughout. Large windows were added to create a bright and cheery atmosphere. Outside matching siding and trim were installed to flow with the rest of the house. New concrete steps and landing were also poured to finish the patio. This homeowner was pleased to have an area to entertain that was functional, could accommodate the entire family, and looked appealing at the same time.

This addition is every homeowners dream working space. The homeowner wanted a quiet place to work and to put all of their tools. We were called with this request and were happy to accommodate their needs. Drawings were done to show the homeowner exactly what they would be getting. Then we laid the foundation, and began framing in the walls. A roof was put on and the walls were painted. A ceiling fan was installed for those hot summer days, and lights accent the ceiling. Due to the size of this addition heating and cooling were added on a separate unit so that the homeowner could work in comfort all year long. Once completed the homeowner had the work space that had envisioned all along!

The original design was a screened in porch that connected to their deck area. When the homeowner decided they wanted to add a sun room we had to cut back the deck area, so we added a new set of steps to make the transition from the sunroom to the deck a smoother. We also added a sidewalk between the deck and the new sun room. The homeowner also wanted pocket doors which allowed for more space, because there is no door opening, they simply slide into the wall this added to the ambiance of the room. The large windows allow for the right amount light, which are also equipped with slide shades for those days when they just want to enjoy the space with less sun light. To complete the look we added white ceramic tile floors. This gave the space a nice clean fresh look. The homeowners are delighted with their new sunroom.

Although the homeowner already had a built in sunroom, it was simply outdated and need a new look. We tore down the old sun room and gave the homeowners the sunroom they wanted. The new room has custom built steps to transition from the sun room to the rest of the house. They also received new windows, doors, vinyl siding, and wood flooring. The homeowners couldn’t be happier with their new improved sunroom.

The owner of this home wanted something a little different -- and that's what we gave them! Designed from beginning to end by W.E. Bilbrey, this florida room with attached deck and adjoining shed is a real attention-grabber. All the angles on the building made this a challenging project, but the results are spectacular. The owner now enjoys the backyard year round!
